Lemon has been added to tea for centuries to reduce the effect of the dry tannin (in the same way as milk does). Lemon flavour certainly works very well with tea and this blend is tangy and most refreshing. It also makes perfect iced tea.

Brewing: Always drink lightly brewed using 1 teaspoon of leaves for a 6-cup (1 litre) teapot. Warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on the boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Alternatively, brew one teabag in a mug or cup and remove when the tea is the strength you require. Do not add milk
