"Whittard Black Tea Breakfast Earl Grey Loose Leaf Tea Packet / 125g / 4.4oz.
Scented with the same bergamot aroma as regular Earl Grey, but based on a stronger blend of teas for a more powerful brew. Best drunk with milk it is particularly suitable for breakfast but great at any time of day.
Brewing: Usually drunk strong with milk. Boil freshly drawn water, warm the pot. Use 3 to 4 teaspoons of leaves or 2 to 3 teabags in a 6-cup teapot. Pour the milk into the cup before the tea. Alternatively brew one teabag in a mug or cup. Remove the teabag when the tea is the strength you require. Add milk afterwards.
Ingredients: Black teas from India, Kenya and Sri Lanka, oil of bergamot

This has to be the favourite English summer fruit flavoured tea, probably conjured up whilst thinking of strawberries and cream at Wimbledon. A soft and very satisfying fruit taste that works very well with smooth and refreshing tea.
Brewing: Always drink lightly brewed using 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of leaves for a 6-cup (1 litre) teapot. Warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on the boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Alternatively, brew one teabag in a mug or cup and remove when the tea is the strength you require. Do not add milk.
Ingredients: Indian Black tea, strawberry pieces and leaves, strawberry flavouring.

Lemon has been added to tea for centuries to reduce the effect of the dry tannin (in the same way as milk does). Lemon flavour certainly works very well with tea and this blend is tangy and most refreshing. It also makes perfect iced tea.
Brewing: Always drink lightly brewed using 1 teaspoon of leaves for a 6-cup (1 litre) teapot. Warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on the boiling water. Brew for 2-5 minutes. Alternatively, brew one teabag in a mug or cup and remove when the tea is the strength you require. Do not add milk
Ingredients: Black tea, citrus peel, lemon flavour.

Darjeeling tea is known as 'The Champagne of Teas'. It is a very superior tea from the most magical of tea growing regions, high in the Himalayas of Northern India. The brew is delicate, not strong and dark like Assam and especially fragrant, with a great aroma. Milk is optional.
Brewing: This tea can be drunk lightly brewed, or stronger with milk. Boil freshly drawn cold water, warm the pot. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of leaves or 1 to 2 teabags in a 6-cup teapot. Brew for 3-5 minutes. Pour the milk into your cup before the tea. Alternatively brew one teabag in a mug or cup. Remove the teabag when the tea is the strength you require. Add milk afterwards.
Ingredients: Pure Darjeeling tea from Northern India.
