This has to be the favourite English summer fruit flavoured tea, probably conjured up whilst thinking of strawberries and cream at Wimbledon. A soft and very satisfying fruit taste that works very well with smooth and refreshing tea.

Brewing: Always drink lightly brewed using 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of leaves for a 6-cup (1 litre) teapot. Warm the pot first with a splash of hot water. Add the tea and pour on the boiling water.
